With a heart for helping people feel better, especially our veterans and anyone navigating chronic pain. Today, I'm here to bring you a peaceful pause from all the crafting fun. A quick chair massage can melt away tension and refresh your creativity. Come take a seat and let me help you relax! 

 

Meet Michelle - a deep tissue and sports massage specialist who blends professionalism with heart. Her goal? to help you move through life with more ease. Michelle dreams of becoming a spa owner that supports rescued animals around the country. 

 

Their hours will be 9:30am-5pm on Saturday 

and 9am-4pm on Sunday 

Their prices are $23 for 15 minutes, $28 for every 20 minutes and $43 for 30 minutes

Accepting- Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle (they do not accept credit cards)

If you would like to pay ahead of time, to make it easier, let me know and I will give you their info.

If paying cash, please bring the exact amount, they cannot offer change

 

We will have a private room, near the ballroom,  where all the chair massages will take place.

 So please reply to this e-mail if you want an appointment.  I need to know 3 things:

 how many minutes you would like

the approx time (ex. Sat from 2pm-4pm)

and your cell number. 

Then I will reply back to you with a specific appointment time.  

You can also sign up once you arrive at the crop, but in past years, most time slots were taken. 

If you are only interested in evening appointments, (I would need to know which day you would like), let me know and if there is enough interest, I will look into finding another therapist that can cover our evenings

What better way to celebrate 10 years of Cropping in the Kingdom then with a dance party!!

Those that would like to play along, we are all going to do the line dance, Ah Si!  It is a super easy dance, but I want you all to have plenty of time to learn it, so here are some videos.  Click HERE for a very detailed tutorial. 

Then click HERE to watch the whole dance to music.  If you are pretty quick at learning dances, you can skip the first video. 

Then Click HERE to watch how we will look as a group!!  We will not be using the music they show.  To stay in our crop Theme, we will be playing "Diamonds" by Rihanna! 

So after you learn the moves, feel free to put that song on and practice with that in the background.  Becasue "Diamonds" is a little slower then what is being played on the videos, we will dance just a little slower.  It is going to be so pretty!  

Then while we are all jazzed to dance, I HAVE to play my favorite, Cha Cha Slide!  You don't need to practice this one, because the words to the song tell you what to do, which is why I love it!    But in case you do not know the song at all, click HERE to see a video on it.  Since he is showing how to do the dance, he does not do the turns, otherwise you would just see his back in the video.  But in person, you end up turning around, like you do with the first dance.  Making a square eventually.

So the plan is, Sunday, right after our 4pm Doorprize, anyone who wants to practice the first dance, we will have a rehearsel with Patty leading the way! (she is the dance teacher queen) in the pre-function area and then 4:30pm the dance party begins in the ballroom!   PLEASE be sure you have watched the video and have practiced at least a little before you come to the rehearsel. 

Once the dance party begins, you can come to the front of the ballroom to dance or just dance by your seat.  And no pressure if you do not want to dance at all.  We just thought this was a fun way to get up out of your seat and move our bodies!  Plus I will find any excuse to dance!  hahah
